Portland Oregon has a master plan to build 19 skateparks. The skaters of Portland really get involved in the sport of skateboarding and the building of skateparks. We also need a plan in Charleston WV to get a bigger and better skatepark built. We can do it, we just need a plan

The blueprint is available online. Skaters for Portland Skateparks really had their collective stuff together and even got the backing of the mayor. Now they worry about street plaza vs. vert bowl instead of worrying about not having a public park.
There is strength in numbers and the Portland story is proof.
