The Tony Hawk Foundation has awarded 2.3 million to build public skateparks all over the USA. The Foundation has also partially funded over 390 sk8parks. Our own park ( Coonskin sk8park) was awarded money from the Tony Hawk Foundation. You can read the letter from Tony in the link below and check out the Tony Hawk Foundation websight.. We need to write them again. I think that most of the parks they are building now are crete as opposed to pre fab. And Athens is just a little further of a drive than Fayetteville. Can't wait til spring...
